out of the ashes
from the ashes of ghost story emerges something new. tim and aaron have joined forces to create a new assault for your ears : doctor, this virus is silence. we have been working day and night since the fall of ghost story to get this project off the ground and hope you will check us out sometime. other members' projects will hopefully come soon.
As with every story there must be a beginning, middle, and end. We have reached the end of ours. Music will stay up for some time, links to future projects will be up shortly. Thanks for the laughs.

Well this entry should be in the rants section, but I felt that it was worthy of "Front Page" material. "H.O.P.E. (Horrified Observers of Pedestrian Entertainment) and Rhino Records are offering the good people of America who have been duped into buying Ashlee Simpson's CD a reprieve; the opportunity to turn in her CD for one of a higher entertainment quality." More information can be found at HOPE's website. Please do it for the children.
Sorry the show is last minute, but we are playing the Bottom Lounge on 11/13/04... We will call it the happy one year birthday to ghost story. Our first show was 11/18/03 so it is close enough for me.
We have some addiction problems in the band. Jeremy is addicted to Google, and recently a friend made me try Myspace, and now I can't stop. Support groups will be forming shortly for those similarly afflicted. Check out Ghost Story @ Myspace.com if you'd like us to be your special new friend, or if you'd like to check out an exclusive live version of Teenage. Have a safe and reckless Halloween!

If you have seen us lately you might have noticed the guy above on stage. His name is Jeremy and he will be helping us out on the guitar now. I think we have never sounded better. Shows to come soon.

so just an update... we are busting ass to get some good shows this summer with a few of them hopefully in good old NYC. we are also kicking around the idea of doing a 7" split soon, so keep your ear to the ground.
We are pleased to announce that "The Burn" will be featured as the Rock track of the day on www.garageband.com on March 22nd.
We will be appearing at the BEAT KITCHEN on the 15th of April with our good friends Nomenclature. So come check us out and show your support for local music.

so yeah, guess the updates have not been regular. we finished recording and mixing the ep last weekend. we are very excited about it and hope to have some copies for sale on March 5th at Elbo Room. Come, bring friends, buy e.p.
